The only disadvantage is that the price is a lot more than the previous two keto air fryer cookbooks but still affordable. It only has approximately 100 recipes whereas the other one has 800 and a 1000. Therefore if we view it on a solely quantitative basis the first 2 cookbooks worth it much more. Then again Maria Emmerich is one of the most well-known keto diet specialist. Most meals can be made in less than 30 minutes the book claims.

Reviewers like the quality of the recipes but didn’t like that there are no illustrations inside the book. Also the index needs some improvement.

This book has a lot of good ratings too. Reviewers are fond of the quality of the recipes in the book. Some of the recipes have illustrations but not all of them. They claim that most recipes only uses 5 recipes, that is they are easy to prepare. As you’ll learn from customer reviews it is true, they really are 5 ingredient recipes. Also this keto air fryer cookbook has nutritional values listed which is quite important for such a strict diet as the keto diet.

What some people didn’t like is that a lot of recipes need mozzarella and cheddar cheese. I don’t know about you but I love both cheeses so not a dealbreaker for me.
