Easy useable features like the first one, this one has two manual control knobs. Ok for the price but…This fryer is really huge. It takes up a lot of space. It works well in a sense that it cooks the food. The Teflon is not great. I take good care of mine and the Teflon is coming off in some areas. It leaks terribly and that makes it smoke! It’s awful. I cleaned it well but that doesn’t help much because it continues to leak!
